Mission Statement

Our mission is to make sure that all kids have the chance to do what they love without needing to stress or worry about the prices.

Why This Matters to Us

This matters to us because at “ A Chance 2 dance” we all have been or are dancers. Most of us know how expensive dance shoes, costumes, and outfits can be, for example some basic ballet flats can be up to 35 dollars. So this matters to us because we would love it if every kid is able to do what they love and prices don't need to matter.

Our Story

We are a nonprofit started In Albuquerque New Mexico, we are all so passionate about dance, and want all kids to have a chance to dance. We know of many kids who had to quit or have never had the chance to even take a dance class because of the prices. Our co-founder has a dance studio and she had a dancer who was on her way to Broadway but needed to quit because of the insane prices, and there was no available scholarship. So because of this happening all over the world we started our nonprofit “ A Chance 2 Dance”.

About Us

We are a nonprofit started by a young girl. She had a friend who loved dance but the prices got way too crazy and she knew that there were more young dancers in this same position. So she started “A Chance 2 Dance”.
