Some good news is that the amount of No-Kill Shelters has gone up! Delaware and New Hampshire have even banned kill shelters, and 62% of shelters are no kill!
Sad News
The sad thing is about 920,000 shelter animals are euthanized every year, kill shelters are solutions to overpopulation and pitbulls are the most euthanized breed.
